A low-pressure soft wash, nothing harder
Roof Cleaning at CEP is a soft wash. We use a mix of water, sodium hypochlorite and Elemonator soap at low pressure, so the cleaner kills the moss and algae and the force of a hose never gets near the shingles.

After the wash: dead moss, a soaking rain and the warranty
The soft wash kills moss and algae on the day. The dead growth then rinses away over the following days, usually 5 to 7 days and a good soaking rain, so judge the roof at the end of the week, not at the end of wash day.

01 · Wash day
The soft wash goes on at low pressure and kills the moss and algae the same day.
02 · Days 1 to 7
The dead growth lets go of the roof and rinses away, usually over 5 to 7 days.
03 · The soaking rain
A good, soaking rain does the last of the rinsing. Wait for it before you judge the roof.
04 · End of the week
Look at the roof from the street. If something is wrong, call us and we come back.
