Soft washed siding, flushed gutters and a record of both
House washing here is a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaning solution. It is safe on any siding and lifts algae, mildew and stains without forcing water behind it. Gutters and downspouts are cleaned out and flushed, then checked for leaks and misalignment.
Technicians take before and after photos of all work, and a Quality Assurance Team reviews them, so a property manager has a record for each building. A fleet of 12+ trucks and 10+ trained technicians can cover more than one building at a time.
