How the soft wash runs, start to finish
A crew starts with an assessment and before photos, then protects your plants. The wash itself is water, sodium hypochlorite and Elemonator soap, applied at low pressure so the mix does the cleaning instead of the force. That is Soft Washing, and it is safe on any siding.
Next comes a detail clean, a rinse and an inspection, followed by cleanup and after photos. Our Quality Assurance Team reviews the before and after photos from every job, so someone other than the crew checks the result.
