Decks and porches, Glen Allen and Richmond
Deck and Porch Cleaning
Decks and wraparound porches washed, and decks stripped and restained when the wood needs it.
Chapter 01
Greyed boards and slick porches are a weather problem, not a lost cause
A deck that has gone grey and a porch that is slick underfoot usually just need a careful wash. Left alone, the boards look worn out and the steps get harder to trust in wet weather.
Creative Enterprise Powerwashing washes decks and porches for homeowners in Glen Allen, Richmond and across Central Virginia. Decks and wraparound porches are part of the regular work, whether the house is being washed too or only the outdoor living space.

Wash first, and strip and restain when the wood needs it
Marian Thomas wrote that Will and Miguel "washed, stripped and restained my deck" and that it "looks amazingly great." That is the range of work on a deck: a wash for most, and a strip and restain when the wood is ready for it.
Wood is easy to damage with the wrong approach, which is why David Bender's testimonial says to hire someone who knows what they are doing with a pressure washer. Ask for a quote and the office will tell you what your boards call for.
Chapter 03
A missed spot gets fixed the next day
On a deck, one pale patch is easy to spot once the boards dry. Elizabeth found one, told the scheduler, Wanda, and a crew was back out the next day.
That is the 100% Satisfaction promise at work. Quotes go by surface area with no hidden fees and a minimum service charge of $250. The crew uses your spigot, or hydrant and tank water at $150 per tank if you are on a well. Call (804) 467-6969 to book.
Creative Enterprise Powerwashing is family owned and operated since 2006 and carries a $2 million General Liability policy. Call (804) 467-6969 from Glen Allen.
Four customers on their decks and porches
Three are Google reviews. The fourth is published on the company site.
“Will and Miguel washed, stripped and restained my deck. It looks amazingly great.”
“they missed a spot on the deck and as soon as I brought it to the attention of the scheduler (thank you Wanda) they had someone out there the next day to knock it out.”
“We had Creative Powerwashing Enterprises power wash our house and wraparound porch before my daughter's graduation party, and I honestly couldn't believe the difference.”
“If you want a person that knows what they are doing with a pressure washer for your deck, then hire Creative Enterprise Power washing. If not, hire someone else and risk getting stripes in the wood.”
