A Final Wash scope a builder can read at a glance
Our Final Wash has a written scope. It covers the foundation, where we remove excess mortar and dirt, all siding as needed, and all flatwork: porches, sidewalks, driveways, garage slabs, decks and patios. We also wash the street about 10 ft from the curb for the length of the property.

Chapter 03
Touch Up washes when the house is not quite ready
Not every house closes the week it is washed. For homes that need another pass before closing, we offer discounted Touch Up washes, so the first Final Wash does not have to be the last look.
Technicians take before and after photos of all work, and a Quality Assurance Team reviews them. That leaves a builder with a record behind each house, and our 100% satisfaction guarantee stands behind the work from our Glen Allen office.
